"Then he is truly mad as I was fearing, he's always had that look, the look of an insane person"

"How long would he last though? I mean Sugou only lasted a little bit last year!"

"That's the thing, Sugou was a selfish jerk who just thought he would win easily. But Kizami is cunning and manipulative, most people don't know his real side because of how well he hides it. He could get as many teammates as he wants and then stab them all in the back before they even know what hit them!"

"Well at least this will actually spare the good boys in the district this year!"
 
"True, I wonder how the capital will handle an insane tribute? They won't get many good reviews once his true side comes out"

"Then they take him out! Problem solved! No more Mr insane!"

"You're starting to sound like a capital citizen"

"Oh great!! It's because we have to watch those stupid games every year!! They're messing with my mind!!"

"Quiet!!!! Do you want them to take you out too for speaking your hatred towards them?!"

"It's alright, look, let's both just get the reaping over with and then go back to work. Plus I got some extra shifts to do at the power plant. I'll hate watching like usual but i'm sure you'll at least enjoy watching Kizami get taken out if that's what you want. I just hope my little sibs aren't any more emotionally scarred then they already are"

(In Distrct 5 a few weeks before the fated reaping, Skyla and her friend Storm were discussing about the games during a lunch break at work about a feared classmate of theirs who is gonna volunteer)
